Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location: but give us 1-5 business days every thing is usually premade 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Overly Trimmm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once a package is shipped, it is in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll do our best to help.
